Eider: Non-Skid Texture on Decks
February 10, 2012; 8:00 am – 2:00 pm; day #58. Today I taped and masked off all surfaces but the decks. Then I cleaned the decks by wiping them lightly with a damp cloth. I then mixed the 3 part texture, the base, the hardener and about 10% white automotive paint. Hooked the gun up to my compressor and proceeded to shoot the texture on. Once I started shooting it took about 15 minutes to complete the job.
Tomorrow I will paint.
